To all members involved in our first production of the new season we have very important information regarding the updated rehearsal schedule, Backstage supervision and your Costume requirements.

REHEARSALS

-SATURDAY 28TH AUGUST

Minis -10-10:45am, Juniors – 11-11:45, Elite, Aspect, Edge 12:15-2:15pm Contemporary 2:30-3:30pm

-SUNDAY 29TH AUGUST (Time Change)

10am-12:30pm All Musical Theatre Members , 12:30pm-2:30pm All Studio2Dance Members

-MONDAY 30TH AUGUST – NO REHEARSAL *DAY CHANGED*

-TUESDAY 31ST AUGUST – TECH REHEARSAL 4:30-8PM (Anyone who would like to come in early to practise please contact Hannah to arrange also any numbers we believe need working on will be asked to come earlier)

–WEDNESDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER

Tribe/ Vibe 4:30-5:15pm Vibe 5-6pm

-THURSDAY 2ND SEPTEMBER TECH AND DRESS REHEARSAL

5:30-8:30PM (younger members to leave earlier) all costumes must be in a labelled bag. *Backstage supervision is needed for this rehearsal please contact Hannah to confirm your attendance*

FRIDAY 3RD & SATURDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER

SHOWTIME , 6:30 Arrival for members and backstage supervision 7:30pm start

Pick up time TBC.

BACKSTAGE SUPERVISION

Backstage supervision for Thursday 2nd, Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th of September is required. Every Parent/ Guardian of a cast member MUST supervise at least one evening. Please fill in the downloadable slip and send to hannah@nkta.co.uk Or simply contact Hannah.
