NK Theatre Arts are bringing Hadestown: Teen Edition to the Forum from the 14th to the 17th Jan 2026. Auditions are on the 6th July at The Forum Theatre and are by appointment only so people need to pre-register. All Cast members must be between the ages of 13 and 19 (inclusive) on the last day of the production which is 17th January

Hadestown is a timeless retelling of the Greek myths of Orpheus and Eurydice and Hades and Persephone through the American Folk, Jazz and Blues songwriting style of Anais Mitchell. Hadestown built up a cult off Broadway following before opening on Broadway in 2019; receiving 14 Tony nominations that year – and winning 8 including Best Musical and Best Original Score. The West End production opened in 2024 receiving both Olivier and WhatsOnStage nominations.
